Ground Floor

There is a large garage for skis and other outdoor gear. From the sheltered entrance one enters a spacious hall fitted with benches and room for shoes and a coat rack. The ground floor is tiled throughout, giving a cool climate in hot summers. In winter the rooms are easily heated by means of a wood stove and several electric heaters. 

The kitchen is new, has an open design, and is fully equipped. It features a high dining table with six chairs. There is access to a second seating area behind the house with another table and a barbecue, an ideal summer retreat.

Next to the kitchen there is a small pantry with a washing machine, a tumbler and a second fridge/freezer combination. 

The living room is decorated in a comfortable yet modern style with direct access to the large terrace and the garden in front of the house. It is equipped with a large sofa, a wood stove, and a wall-mounted smart TV.

The ground floor also features the master bedroom with its own spacious bathroom as well as a toilet. 

Upper floor (Mezzanin)

Via a wooden staircase one reaches a cozy, carpeted area equipped with a sofa bed, bookshelves and a desk – ideal for reading, playing or working. There is a balcony and access to two further bedrooms equipped with double beds and wall closets, a bathroom and a toilet.
